Refund policy

       We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

       To start a return, you can contact us at rhythmicgymnasticsny@yahoo.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know by an email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

       Buyer must pay all shipping costs

Damages and issues

       If you notice a damage to a shipping package and items inside the package, you must submit a prof of the damage as soon as you received the package in order to receive a refund. Please write -Damage- next to your signature at the time of delivery. Save the original damaged package, take pictures to proof  the damaged package and damaged products that need to be replaced and send an email with pictures to rhythmicgymnasticsny@yahoo.com in order for us to file with carrier. If you receive any damaged items and fail to report it at the time of delivery - we cannot process a claim with the carrier, therefore we won´t be able to replace any of the damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

        The only way to get an exchange is to contact us via email rhythmicgymnasticsny@yahoo.com and request a return.  The shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

       We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
